Five Crest Inc.'s Sales Contract '09
001. Buybacks are required for all homebred horses, unless otherwise stated. This is simply a way for us to make sure we have access to our homebreds.
002. All of our horses, unless they are for breeding only, are required to be shown actively. This means at least five shows per month. With most of our horses, this should be fairly easy.
003. If there is a suffix or prefix on a horse's name, whether it is our's or somebody else's, leave it be. It is just a courteous thing to do, because someone put work into that horse.
004. If a horse is already being shown in a specific association, we would like to see it continue to be shown there. This gives our horses the best chance to excel and perform their best.
005. You are allowed to import our horses into other games on certain conditions.
-Let us know before you import this horse for our record keeping.
-The game you import the horse into must allow exporting.
-Buybacks still apply.
006. You may retire our horses when you see fit, but please let us know when you do. We will most likely say yes, but there could be reasons that we wouldn't allow for the retirement of our hrose.
007. Please contact us to ask about the gelding of a stallion we have sold to you. You will probably be allowed to, but we might ask to breed a mare or two before you do so.
008. You may age these horses at your own rate, but if they're three or younger, please make sure they stay at least two years younger than their their sire and dam, whichever is younger.
009. There must be a working link in our posession at all times. You have one week after we approve the sale to get a working link to us. After that, you have a five day grace period from the time we find the broken link to get a new one to us.
010. With any stallion that is purchased from us, we would like to have 3 reserved breedings that are good for life. They may or may not be used, but we like to keep the good lines of our stallions going.
